Preparing for Your Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment on time with clean and dry hair. This means the hair is free of any oils, pomades, heavy serums or products, and free of any natural oil and sebum. For most, this means the hair has been washed within the past twelve hours. Our stylists will provide any necessary products to add shine and protect your hair from hot tools. Please note that arriving with damp or wet hair may result in an additional charge for blow drying. Please refrain from using any hot tools such as a flat iron prior to your appointment as this can compromise the lasting power of any heat styling our stylists apply to your hair.

If you are receiving a makeup application, please ensure that when you arrive for your appointment that your face is clean and free of any makeup, heavy oils and SPF. A light non-SPF moisturizer after cleansing is fine. Again, our artists will apply any necessary products to your face prior to makeup application if necessary. Avoid waxing and tanning for at least 3 days prior to makeup application.
